If you're finding it hard sometimes to fit the time in to study, break it down into 15 minute segments. You can do anything for just 15 minutes!!

I use that for everything I do when I am feeling overwhelmed by something and I intend to apply it to my course.

Hi Lauren,

That's a great tip thank you. I've just enrolled on the Clinical Nutrition Diploma and cannot wait to get started. Although new to studying (since high school) another good tip I've found is to go somewhere quite and without disturbance where you can gather your thoughts and concentrate on your work. Be positive and think of the long term goal, the new career you will begin once you have passed that final exam!

very good tip, its always good to take breaks as it refreshes you. It gives your brain a rest, and have a drink as you can get very dehydrated and then you cant concentrate :) little and often breaks is my moto too.
