Motivation is what makes you first enrol (you have a goal or love for a study field, and you want to learn about it or improve your career). :D After starting a course, I manage my time to work on my assignments and tests, and make sure to have a break/fun between every module (to not crack up, lol!). If I overdo it, then there is risk of stress, loss of energy, de-motivation or boredom. Learning is better when combined with fun and relaxation.

Thats a good answer astral! :) fun and relaxation is the way to go threw a course, sometimes there is lack of motivation due to things going on in lifestyles. But the moto is to bounce back at it to get a good career in life! :)

To get a job. I am a Midday Supervisor at a school. At 20 I went to college to get a Btec BND in Engineering, towards the end of the 2 years I fell pregnant and suddenly didn't know what I wanted to do but knew if I went for an Engineering job I would need an apprenticeship and knew that it would take up too much time when I wanted to enjoy my surprise baby. Anyway started working as a Midday just before Bubs 1st birthday and now studying to be a TA :)
The plan being I want to eventually either teach or be a TA for Wood Tech/Engineering classes :)
