Aisha, I agree with you that you have to know about the duration. I was wondering about my one year course, as well. Some might not be able to have completed the Course or the final exams along with other studies or work, too! Are you sure CBT is for only 6 months? According to your course, you have to choose two approaches of the ones described in the Unit and appeal to you, they are useful to you and the reasons based on evidence (your material, maybe google search etc.). I think it is for a year: https://www.stonebridge.uk.com/course/cognitive-behavioural-therapyand check your qualifications: https://www.stonebridge.uk.com/course/cognitive-behavioural-therapy and even more your Professional Membership: https://www.stonebridge.uk.com/course/cognitive-behavioural-therapy. As I tried to contacted some for my Psychology Course, I checked that some Institutions do not accept Stonebridge. They have to renew the site and I have informed them. Hope I helped.

Hey Marina, urm so basically, u mean to say, I just choose 2 approaches from the unit, and I explain how they work ? is it necessary for me to provide evidence? or I can just explain how the approach works?
well it says the approximate time for this course is 360 hours- 6 months, but I don't think ill manage in 6 months, is it necessary for me to finish in 6 months? what if i cant?
and have you done this course, I mean when I sign in, I have to go to the view lessons option and read the lesson and write the test, that's how it is right? I mean are they any videos or anything?
and I'm paying in installments, so I received a letter saying if I want to access full study material I pay in full, what does that mean?

Explain why means the analytical view of these approaches. So, I think you can explain them based on the approaches you have chosen. My own Course is Psychology advanced, Aisha. Check it here, as well: http://www.distance-education-academy.com/online-courses/counselling-and-coaching/cognitive-behaviou...
You have to ask the tutorial department as soon as possible. It cannot be only for 6 months. We all have our limits and so many Units are not for 6 months! Or could you call them? Or request a call back: https://www.stonebridge.uk.com/. I don't think there are videos online. For example, I receive them through airmail postage, not online. But, from what I know I have got one year, but many courses and final exams, as well. Please require it, you have the right to know. As for the approaches, I think that your critical thinking helped you! Evidence might mean a lot, like how it works!

How do I contact the tutorial department, ? it says only after I submit my first assignment my tutor will mark and then assist me, and I have not submitted my assignment yet, so I have no idea who my tutor is.
and together with my lessons, there is already a final test(exam) there, I just have to read the lesson and write the test, that's how it works.
I contacted the college, and they said I can ask for an extension if I wish.
well, as for the approaches, I just picked two and explained them in detail in regards to how they work and what's their function. is that ok?

I think you are great! Try to think and search google on your own, as sometimes they are not specific. Here is their email: info@stonebridge.uk.com, I'll try to check other problems for the support team. They were supposed to reply to your problem!

Found it! Check this link for their support team: https://community.stonebridge.uk.com/stonebridgecolleges/topics/how-i-feel-about-this-course-and-sto...
It works like that with me. Unfortunately, tutors never reply and they have to fix this problem... Anyway, just search on your own and you will find the answers. Please, try to explain to them. Imagine they haven't replied to the information I sent them about Institution for Membership! I will try to reply as I'll be at a Congress tomorrow. Hope this helped...
