want to change courses. Wrote in, never got a reply!

I signed up for two courses a while ago and sent a message asking if I could change one of them. I at that point was busy with the first course I purchased. I got quite a blunt reply from a young guy at Stonebridge telling me that I would need to write to them to request a change which I did months ago...to this day, no reply given. I have completed the first course and now want to change the second one to something more suitable and relevant. Pls can someone help? I studied with Stonebridge prior to purchasing the two latest courses, did a Level 4 Child Psychology course. Pls respond asap as I want to start the next course.

To continue with this ongoing saga. I wrote a letter to Stonebridge requesting to change courses well over ten days ago and still waiting for a reply! Come on guys, your quick enough to take payment for enrolments and get customers in but how about upping your customer service support?

Those who have paid and enrolled on a course should not have to be inconvenienced by having to write by snail mail ...not in this day and age! It is also time consuming...time wasted on writing and postage when an email sent by the secure Student Zone would save so much time and is more reliable than posting letters.

Please please please can somebody sort my course change out so that I can get started on my course. This is just wasting time!

One very unsatisfied customer!

Oh and one more thing...in response to this please don't give me the 'standard' response and ask me to ring you again...it's a nightmare trying to get through to you.
