Very poor experience with course admin so far

I signed up with Stonebridge just over a month ago, and have to feed back that my experiences with the administration of the course that I'm doing (CACHE L3 STLIS Award) have been poor so far.

I passed Assignment 1 eight days ago, and asked by email if Assignment 2 would be posted out to me. I was told that it had indeed been posted out that very day. 8 days later and I still have no assignment received in the post.

I am trying to fast track my progress through this course but this is impossible when I am waiting this long to receive Assignments in the post, that were apparently posted out 8 days ago.

These are basic standards of college admin that Stonebridge should be able to get right. I have not experienced items being genuinely 'lost in the post' for over 8 years at my home address, so feel it's more likely that for whatever reason, the Assignment was not posted out as promised.

If I appear impatient it's because this is my second issue of this nature (in 1 month of being a student with Stonebridge), when an Assignment that I submitted also apparently disappeared and was not received by my tutor, causing an additional few days delay.
