I enrolled on the TA Level 3 Certificate course yesterday and was told in my confirmation email that I would be able to view lessons. I have gone into the correct area and I can't see anything.
Hi Laura I am so annoyed as it said in confirmation email we would have access to the material straight away. That is the reason I chose the online option. It's also annoying that I can't sort out until Monday when someone will answer the phone. Not a good first impression. I was looking forward to getting started. A bit nervous as it's been a long time since I last studied. It's also a career change for me. I started at the school as a Learning Support Assistant a year ago after being a volunteer so lots to still learn. It's a special needs school so quite a challenge. Good luck with your studies when we can get started.
I know me too! I'm reluctant to call as it costs money doesn't it? And it is the principal of the matter. There's 7 days to get a refund if you change your mind so if I can't get on Monday/Tuesday will probably do that and try and do it through a different company. Feel like I'm overacting slightly but £350 is alot to me....I'm also changing careers and a little nervous about studying so it's off putting having this problem straight away, will it mean there will be more problems? Moan moan...good luck though :)
