Hi everyone first time on the forum . As part of my Early years Educator course, I have been asked to research Theoroetical perspectives in reflection to professional development. I need to share and discuss my research with you, on an online forum.
I have chose to write about Kold's learning cycle and Gibbs' reflective cycle.By reading Kolb I noticed that I do used his method to reflect how to make an activity better.
I do use Gibbs method too because I always evaluate the activity afterward to see what went well and not so well and what I can do differently next time.
I will be happy to hear your own view.
Are there other theories that you have come across that you have found useful in reflection of your professional development.
