I've done 12 and a half hours of my placement so far and have been keeping a journal in a note book however, i am just wondering if you are required to send these journals off with your course work and if your mentor needs to sign off them each week to proove you were infact there? and the information you have given is accurate

When I remember to take it, lol. My son goes to the school so if I forget I just pop in to see my mentor when I'm next in school

Lol, ye I'm the same, my son goes to the school I'm in. Do we have to send them off when we've completed the course?

I think so, there is the placement log and a mentor assessment form that I think needs to be sent
