Yes you have to provide evidence in your reflective journal that shows you can interact with children and young people in a way that values diversity and respects cultural, religious and ethnic differences. Give an example of an activity you have done that shows this. This could be something like been involved in an assembly or doing group work to discuss a religious topic.
I used a separate activity to demonstrate ways of applying the principles of equality, diversity and anti-discriminatory practice in work with children and young people. This could be an activity about bullying and what views children have on this subject.
