Have they got back to you yet?
I am still waiting for my mine too and like you have paid. I finished mine must be 2 months ago may be bit more. I too had no replies to my emails, I spoke to someone on the phone and was told may take another month as due to Christmas everything takes longer. I understand that would have been nice to have been sent an email to explain this. I just hope we receive ours soon as we have paid and its not a cheap course and have put a lot of time and energy into it, also both my employers keep asking me when will I get it as without certificate my level 3 means nothing. Its a shame as wanted to do more courses but it has put me off.
