Anyone else still waiting for the kit to arrive, I've just finished assignment 10 and the way things are going with this course I might not do another one!

Please give us a call directly on 01288 356300, or email info@stonebridge.uk.com so that we can get this sorted for you right away. Be sure to quote your student number when you contact us.

the first time i emailed i was told my kit would be sent on once i have done assignment 7, i emailed again after assignment 9 and was told to click on a link they sent me and confirm my details which i did, ive finsihed assignment 10 and waiting for assignment 11 which usually comes with assignment 10 marked paper which did not this time. So at this time i have no kit and number 11 assignment .

Hi Joanne! It looks like your kit was sent via recorded mail on the 13th of January. Please keep an eye out for it. As for your question paper for assignment 11, we'll get it resent to you via 1st class postage. Our post has already been collected today, so we'll have to post it tomorrow.

By any chance did you send the kit by snail mail as I've still not received it and it's now the 21/01/2014!

Hi Joanne! We've just spoken to our dispatch team. Royal Mail attempted to deliver your kit on the 14th and left you a 'while you were out' note. You'll need to find that note and collect your item or arrange a redelivery with Royal Mail.

Hi,
I went to my local post office and explained the situation and it turns out the parcel had the wrong address put on it! My number is 25 and it had 24 on it which is across the green from me, i did confirm my address and my assignment papers have always had the correct address.
