payment date

i have rang the college every day for the last week and left messages about changing the payment date from the 1st of the month to the 14th ... prior to enrolling i managed to speak to somebody who had said that this would be ok and to call once i enrolled ..... NOBODY HAS CALLED ME BACK TO REARRANGE PAYMENTS and the 1st is monday which means i now have to try and borrow the money from somebody to cover the first Direct Debit :(
