Nail technician complete course - paying in installments

Hi everyone! I have been paying for this course in installments and was told I would get my kit when I had paid half. I made my half way payment on the 7th and when I check my fiance page it says no results found. It's all gone. I've emailed them and tried ringing but no response. Do I receive a form to fill out before I get my kit as I haven't had this either. I'm currently on assignment 7

Please respond to the email at your convenience and we will get your kit in the post.
