My first complaint is I’ve emailed Stonebridge over 4 weeks ago with a complaint and no reply - it wasn’t made clear I would not receive my kit before paying 10 months of instulments. I have now had 30 hours cut from my work place and can no longer afford the monthly payments. Can someone advise me the steps I should take and whether stone bridge will actually reply?! I received my kit after I finished and passed assignment 4 I just emailed them and they sent an online form to request my kit and it was here within a few days x

Thanks Sarah, I rang before I sent my complaint and was advised I wouldn’t receive until I paid 10 months instulments! They’re so inconsistent with each student! X

That is disgusting! I had only paid my deposit when I requested mine aswel! If your on Facebook join my little group we are all doing the same course xx
