Oh no! I've just enrolled on this course and was hoping to crack on quickly too! When did it say your kit would arrive?

Hi Leanne! Have you received your kit yet? I've now passed 8 assignments and not received my kit either, starting to get annoyed now.

I finally recieved my kit last Saturday but only after leaving a review on Trustpilot.

Well done on passing your 8 assignments and I hope you get your kit soon.

I might do the same! Only problem is I'm paying in instalments and apparently they don't send them out until you've paid for half which will be in 5 months time!! not happy at all as this wasn't stated when I enrolled! and thank you, I hope you're doing well

I completely agree, I wanted to pass this course in a few weeks and I almost have, its just the practical bits slowing me down now. I'll post on their facebook, that will get them to reply to me haha

I have no doubt that it will get you a response almost instantly.
Just be warned the kit is awful and you will need to replace pretty much everything in it anyway.

Urgh you're joking :( I have a fair few products anyway as I've been practising for a while now, I just need an actual qualification to start a business. I might buy a proper hand trainer online (heard the kit one is terrible) and submit nails that way. Just don't want them to send them back and say its not the right nail etc

I am sure you will be fine to do that as I will be using nails from a different hand trainer too

I had the same problem. I signed up in installments and I even asked before enrolling if the kit came in stages and do I have to pay a certain amount before I get it. The lady said no you will receive it upto 14 days after paying the deposit. It didn't arrive and they told me I would have to complete and pass 4 assignments. I did that in the first week. It still didn't come so I made a appointment at citizen's advice as they were false advertising I emailed and told them this got a phone call back within 5 minutes of the email. The lady on the phone was really helpful I told them also I would get my kit evaluated and I would expect it to cost no less than the £199 they was charging me. It can 2 days later and was one of the top brands out there. But apart from that I've had no other bad experiences my assignments get signed quickly and the tutor is lovely.
