Nail kit not received

I have tried emailing regarding my kit and get NO RESPONSE, and I paid this course in full. I am in US so calling is not an option. I really just want a refund at this point. I am on lesson 5 and refuse to continue without the kit. Student ID S115108. Darlene Reinig. I thought this course was more thorough than online US courses, but this is ridiculous. I need a refund and I'll take course elsewhere. I have now gone out and bought most off the equipment in the kit so now I just want my money back minus the 4 lessons completed.
