Hi there
The textbook is a basic outline of info, you need to research online or via experience and expand the answers. Assignments will be sent back to be redone if it appears the answers are simply copied from the textbook.
Hope this helps.

I rang and asked them about this and the guy said to do it paragraphs as charts cannot be copy and pasted into the sections online. If you are paper based then a chart will be fine. It's basically just writing about the different different age groups under the headings physical development, cognitive development etc x

I used the text book but also did lots of research on internet. Don't copy from book, put it in your own words. How much you put in depends on the question, does it say explain, analyse or outline ? I found when I first started I was putting too much into a question that said outline the reasons......... and then the next question would be analyse. Hope this helps.

If you log onto elearn your ILP is there to download to see your deadline dates. Be aware that if you send in your assisgnments early your dates change so I found that holding onto them for a bit whilst starting the next assessment helps you to feel less pressured.
I also felt like I was copying at first too but I just put it into my own words and researched where I could for extra information, Im now onto assessment 3 and doing OK so you should be fine x

If you send off your assignment ealry yes your next one starts earlier but you collect the days, think of it as time in lieu, so when you get to the end assignment you have these extra. So if you've finished an assignment then send it off asap ! As the course goes on it gets more complicated. I'm up to assignment 7 now and if I'm struggling I have the option to say I need a couple more days.

Did you havevto actually make a folder up.in assessment 4? If so when do you send it off and what do you type in the boxes?

Is this for question 5a ? I didn't send a folder off I just filled the boxes in. I talked through the different forms of bullying, physical- nipping, punching etc. Verbal, emotional, specific bullying like gender based. The importance on spotting it. What effect it can have on the child if not dealt with properly etc.

Yes it is Linzi, it asks you to create the folder in question 1 then at 5a it asks you yo add to it. I have done what you have said above and hoped that would be OK so thats great thanks.

I haven't done the case studies, I think it's just to get you thinking of sinarios you may come across.

can anyone tell me where assignment two starts in the text book as the first one was obvious but the next one doesn't seem to follow on.  Is anyone doing a separate file alongside their assignments ? x
