For example, for the Human Resources in the industry, with a industrial psychology level 4 was little bit not enough for a Human Resources position for the Industry sector in public sector.

They appreciated the qualification but they chose the level 5 (BTEC).

If your recruitment agency or anything as it answers you for any refusal, it is great to know why at least of missing any precious information on the quality to recruit anyone anywhere.

Hi Steph, If you have a level 4 you could apply for a job within the department and tell them you are prepared to continue your studies to Btec or higher. Once you have work ask the company if they would be prepared to help you to go further with your studies. It is in their interests to help you to study and get better qualifications.
I have done this in the past and it works well.
