Hi, yes you should always use a reference for your work to avoid plagiarism, even if you think you have got all the information from your learning materials, I find it best to reference a website to avoid having to 'refer' to your answer, even if it is just a Legislation Act PDF - I find this website really useful for referencing work, I hope it helps you too - http://www.harvardgenerator.com/references/website
