I need help - I don't think i can complete my course...

Hi, I'm studying the Level 3 in Advice and Guidance. When I started the course, I was aware that it required me to draw from actual experiences from work, or volunteering. Due to this, i sought volunteering work. However, I now realise that I need to provide video evidence, I cannot get permission to do this due to the type of work, and I am working with children.

I've emailed my tutor and was advised that I must provide video evidence. I also emailed Stonebridge separately and have had no response.

I genuinely don't know what to do!

Hiya perhaps you can you ask in your local citizen advice if you could volunteer there. Or community law centre .
They may be able to help you with this if they can get some advisors as volunteers as it would be good experience for them to feel what it is like to be a client, so you can use the video as a case study or submission. A supervisor could sit it and sign it off, they may have there own internal advice and guidance training but you could explain about yr course see what they say

Hi, I could try that, although I will miss my first assignment deadline. I tried to ensure I had volunteering in place before the course started, which i managed, but I now cannot use it as evidence.

How annoying.
Perhaps email your tutor and explain the situation perhaps they can extend your deadline
The other thing where you are now would they not do similar to what I said about using staff in role play for your video- rather than actual clients due to confidentiality of real clients . Surely this would be acceptable for submission.
