Hi. Well..it depends on how quick you can absorb the information, whether you're a fast learner or not, and how much time you can dedicate to your studies, and how often..Even though the approximate amount of time required to complete the Human Resource Management course is 108 hours, it could take you even less than that to complete it! Good luck :)

I haven't done that course, but I have found with any course it really depends of how much time you can dedicate to your studies. I wish you well if you do sign up for this.

Yes it truly depends on the time you have. I am studying the International Human Resource Management and it's alot of reading and researching, so be prepared for that. But it's an excellent course and opens your eyes to alot of things behind running a business

I agree with the above posters, the advertised time the course takes is a guide - I have found that I work through the modules at a much faster pace but it all depends on how much time you can dedicate to studying and how quickly you learn in general. Hope this helps :o)

It depends really on how quickly you learn and how often you can spend time on it. I find with my current course that when I leave it a couple of weeks between studying I have to look back over past units which obviously takes more time.

The other thing is how distracted you get whilst studing lol! I have the best intentions on finishing a unit in an hour, and then 3 hours later find im watching tv instaed :s

Heya.
I have also taken HRM level 4 course and I must say that it is unique in its own way. It not only defines the HRM but also illustrates the policies and procedures behind every successful Human Resource Team.

Remember the basic requirement is not the amount of time you spend on searching and reading the HRM level 4 course but the concentration that enhances your own vision and clears the idea behind the Human Resource Specialist.

So people can take more than one course at a time and can benefit in a lot more presice manner.

Thanks.
