About giving healthy food to children.
I know it sounds daft but all kids are different so it depends which angle you're coming from and far in depth you want to go; ie, vegetarians, vegans, lactose intolerance etc. I would go with the basic. Try them with everything and see what happens; especially when they are young. Fruit, veg, pasta, fish, tunas good for them; red meat in low doses; wholemeal, anything home made is always a good choice I found. Plenty of fluids, pref water or home made cordial, dairy products are ok in moderation. No-one is born with a sweet tooth so steer clear of sugary products; it's difficult yes, but we are foragers by nature and can get all the natural sugary substance our body needs from naturally sweet products....xxx
