ITS BEEN ONE WEEK SINCE I MESSAGE THE ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENT MY MAILING ADDRESS AND MY REFERENCE NUMBER AND UNTIL NOW I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE FROM NO ONE CONCERNING MY MATERIALS I HAD PURCHASE ONLINE WHEN I REGISTERED FOR MY COURSE. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ADVISE ME WHAT IS MY NEXT STEP?
