Frustrated student

I registered for the Hotel management course i payed cash for the course and the text book its been over a month now and i didnt receive my books as yet and i try contacting the college via email and this too prove futile can anyone advise me what is my next step to resolve this issue.

Dear Stonebridge,

This is the same feeling I have as of the moment. i enrolled for infection control level 1 yet the subject you forwarded to me is E business management which is totally unrelated to my nursing course. I sent email thru yahoo yet no reply to me. Please help. I need to start a new course for infection control but how?
