Hi Scott, I've just got home from my practical, and you have no need to be nervous, I had a fantastic 2 weeks along with my fellow students, and made many lifelong friends. You'll be fine, just relax and enjoy! Here's a pic of us all (I'm the fat bloke front left lol)

Hi Alan lovely to here you had a great time and made lifelong friends do you think it is advisable to bring my course material I know in the literature it says you don't need to but wondered if this was advisable also I rang Friday after the college had closed to book my accommodation as I had to wait till I was paid lol I'm really looking forward to the course I only could book the 5 day course as could not take more than a week off work which I understand is very intense but scared actually working on real patients but am sure once I do I'll be fine also do you receive another certificate to say you passed the practical ? As the ones I had for my theory all say that it's theory sorry for bombarding you as could not find this in the literature I have congrats on passing your course I bet you can't wait to build clientele and business up Scott

Hi Scott, I was bricking it before my 1st patient but it was fin, and I couldn't wait for the next one! I only took notes on the compartments and muscles of the lower leg, the bones of the foot, and the nails. You will get another certificate to say youve passed the practical at the end of the course (make sure they spell your name right though, they got mine wrong lol). Where are you taking your practical? Mine was at Birmingham, Denise the tutor there is great, we couldn't have asked for better. If you've got any more questions feel free to ask, I'll answer them if I can. Now where's my scalpel!
