Hallo everyone, I am currently on Module 5 where i have to calculate the value of nutrients using food tables. In my course book 1pint of milk contains 340mg calcium, according to my calculation 1pint is equal to  568ml. That means 100ml contains 120mg calcium according to the food lists i found in the internet, that is 120x5.68=681.6mg calcium and i think this cant be.
I will be more than glad if anyone doing this course can help me further, thanking you in anticipation.
