Dvd is faulty. beauty therapy level 2. Dvd has no audio

I have been emailing the school about this problem for weeks now and I was sent the same problematic Dvd with no audio/sound. After trying to watch Dvd using different laptops, Dvd players, computers, xbox, I decided to take the Dvd to a computer shop and they revealed it wasn't converted into a Dvd in the first place. It was just copied and pasted on a Dvd and that's why it couldn't play. That it is a TS video.
Now the college is not even replying my emails or returning phone calls. I am stuck, not able to progress. I wouldn't have imagined that it would be the college that would be a hindrance to my progress.

I have done as I was advised to copy and paste the link I was sent instead of clicking on the link and to use a laptop with an Internet Explorer browser.
I have done just that and unfortunately, it's the same problem. It wouldn't upload the video.

I have attached picture and video to show the message displayed on my screen . This is very depressing.

I got a voice message from a tutor trying to explain how I needed to play the dvd using a computer or laptop. As usual I called back and can't get through to anyone. I left a message.
It seems to me that my emails were not read at all.
If they has read my emails, he would not have been asking me to try and do what I had already done countless times. I even took the dvd to a computer shop to see if they could use their computer to play the individual folder within the dvd. The dvd has no audio. The folder for the audio is empty. How am I supposed to watch videos that has a different folder for its audio.

This is very frustrating. I am suppose to be writing my final or even finished and submitted by now as i had plans but the college is being a stumbling block as I see it.

Hi rose, I'm in a similar position, my DVD will play as far as the facial massage and then cut out. I emailed them and they sent me a replacement.....which was completely blank!! I emailed them again and got ignored. I emailed the tutor and got no reply. I then phoned on 10th August and got told that the DVDs were being re made and I would get sent a new copy but nothing has arrived. Studying is not meant to be this stressful and it's putting me off studying level3

Hi Stephanie, I'm sorry you're going through the same issues. It's just awful.
Have they managed to sort it out for you?
I'm still trying to work something out with them. They sent me a link which I am still trying to copy and paste in Internet Explorer to see if it'll work as it wouldn't upload on other browsers.
To be honest I am very shocked by this. I can't believe in this 21st century, they can't provide a dvd that could be played by most computers and laptops.
I have to use just Internet Explorer as I was advised. So I am now trying to find a laptop or computer that still uses Internet Explorer possibly the old version as there're so many versions now.
I'm still in shock.
I hope they've managed to sort you out. Nobody should be going through this when all they want is to be relaxed while studying.

Rose. I hope they get this sorted. I had hoped to get the exam over before my holiday but there is no hope of that now. I would have thought they would have tested the DVDs before they sent them out
