I have noticed when submitting last couple of assignments that the website is no longer secure, now when I try to access the Stonebridge/Elearn website/student zone all that comes up is error, I have tried on laptop and mobile. What is going on? Have they gone bust? Very strange!

I've noticed as well today, hope it's only a server issue as need to upload an assignment

I hope so too Jessica. I submitted an assignment last weekend but no marking as yet, one before that took a while too, used to be marked within 5 working days, just making me wonder what is going on, especially as noticed when submitting work that no longer a secure site and now can't access it at all.

My assignments have always been marked really quickly sometimes the next day or in two days, I'm on the 4th assignment - just making me worry as well now as I can't get on the website

I know Jessica it is a little worrying, doesn't seem right. I'm on the 10th assignment of STLIS level 3 Diploma and I was wanting to copy and paste all the assignment questions into word so have them ready to start when I need to but obviously can't access them now. My assignments have always been marked quickly too but not lately. Makes me worry as paid for course in full and just want to get it done but obviously can't if unable to access assignments etc. Hopefully one of their employee's will respond soon with a solution, we will see.

Me too! same problem sent assignments 6 and 7 on 5th may no reply, just tried to send assignment 8 no luck, I too have paid in full and I'm overseas so difficult to know what steps to take.... may trying ringing tomorrow.

I havent had a reply to a couple of queries recently sent to tutor either, wasnt worried until today and cant get on their site, but surely this site would close too??

Not sure if this site would close too I am not really a techy type so just don't know. To me it just seems strange, replies to a similar question posted after this one (which I listed as a problem rather than a question in the hope of getting an employee to respond) suggest others have had trouble ringing, emailing and also are still waiting after 3 weeks for an assignment marking. Who knows.

I have done a resubmission twice and I have not had a reply and I am waiting for my next unit to be sent out.

I would wait until Monday, it looks like their system is down. Hopefully it can be fixed. I feel this, because. There is no news out there to say stonebridge collage has gone bankrupt or closed. Now if it is the case,that they have gone into bankruptcy or closed down. And money go's from your account, I'm sure your bank will get your money back, due to the fact no one from stonebridge, has said anything like that to us all. We all just need to wait until Monday

It took 2 weeks for my assignment to be marked. I think they are just really busy, not had issues accessing website. Used it the last 3days or so

Cant get on again the website again now, but emailed tutor and she got back to me to say they are having server issues and are working to get it back to normal asap.

I have been waiting for my assessment to be marked that's a month and I resent It again last week and not heard anything for my next assignment waiting on it being sent out really annoying as I only have 2 more todo was hoping to be finished it x

I haven't had anything back for weeks, have completed one assignment and subitted and was half way through another since.. have emailed a few times and phoned, no joy. Can't access assignment now to complete. Confused at the lack of contact. Bit worrying..
