Hi, is anyone else doing the complete professional nail course and keep being fobbed off with there's a back log with the practical kit. I asked my kit a week ago and have phoned twice since and keep being told if it's not sent today it will be tomorrow. I am so let by the service I have received

Hi Wendy! We're sorry to hear you've been frustrated by our service. We have had a back log of kit orders, and our dispatch team is working very hard to get everything sent as quickly as possible. We understand you spoke to our Student Support team this morning and your kit was sent to you by recorded mail yesterday. Please give us a call if you don't receive it by the end of the week.

I have the same problem. I have been waiting a week now & phoned up today & was told there is a back log & will take about another week to come. I have been happy with the course up to now but like you feel very let down by them.
