Hi, i have just enrolled on the Counselling Skills (QCF) Level 2.  I am looking at eventually moving towards a degree.  Can anyone help to advise what route of courses i should aim for and can they all be completed through Stonebridg

Hi Tracy, we would advise contacting your university of choice with regards to which further courses they would expect you to achieve in order to apply for a specific course, however we do offer the further Level 3 QCF course for when you have completed your Level 2. Stonebridge

Tracy, I have just embarked on a Bsc Hons in counselling & psychotherapy. Before that I did CPCAB course at a local college evening class. You are better going onto a degree before you consider the level 3 with Stone bridge. Distance learning counselling courses are not highly regarded as there is no classroom time or roleplay which is vital to practising the skills you are learning. Do a BACP accredited course if you want your qualifications to be recognised.

Hi Sarah, yes I found this out a little to late :(
I will have to complete this seeing as I am paying for it and then enrol on a part time evening course at a college near by I have found who are CPCAB accredited and pay again to do Level 2 Counselling skills with GLH. Such a shame !!
Well done to you though sounds like you have worked really hard!!
