Contacting tutor/best method of contact

Hi Guys,

I emailed my tutor on 24 March but still haven't had a response. I thought I would give it a while, what with the Easter weekend etc but would have expected a response by now.

Do you find emailing tutors is the best way to get hold of them? Is there another way I can contact them e.g. a different tel no or email address?

I'm doing the Level 4 Certificate in Finance and Accounting.

I'd really appreciate any help or advice :)

Thanks

Matt

Hello there! I found this number from one of the much older posts. I've done all of my coursework offline, and that usually took about a week to get my next lesson and results. So it is odd you're still waiting. 01288 356 300

Best of luck ^_^

Well that's lousy. I would assume either they've had some easter holiday days off and that's the cause of delay or maybe your assignment was lost in the mail. I sent off my final examination about 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for feed back too. I'm sure it's just because of the holidays that past ^_^

Yeah hopefully that's it. Mine wasn't actually an assignment, just a question I sent the tutor by email. I'll just have to call the main number on the website or email again....thanks :)

Hi, if I don't get a response from my tutor I usually message an administrator and they always reply really quickly and arrange for my tutor to get back to me. My tutor is off for the Easter holidays so someone rang me and offered to take over my assignment while she was away. So I'd recommend trying that if you still haven't received a reply.

Good luck

Thanks for the info, Lisa. That sounds promising.

How did you get in touch with an administrator? Did you just contact Stonebridge via the main contact tel no/email address?

Many thanks

Matt

Hi

I just use the message option within Pearl and select administrator from the contacts and they are usually pretty fast at replying.

Thanks Lisa, I actually sent another email to studentsupport@stonebridge.uk.com and then got an email back from my tutor on info@stonebridge.uk.com the same day, so I'll use that one in future or the message option.

It seems that tutor@stonebridge.uk.com is not being monitored.

Thanks again

Hi

I was never given any email addresses so didn't realise we had another option that using the message section through Pearl. I will keep a record of that in case I need it in future

Cheers

Hey, guys the best way to contact your tutor is through adminstration, trust me I have done this for a long time and it's the best way, whenever i upload an assignment or need anything from my tutor I call them, and they get my tutor to contact me the following day. when I upload an assignment or email my tutor no respond for weeeeeeeeeeks. but when I upload and and call they mark it for me the asap
