I uploaded my assignment 5 in the usual format, received my automated response to confirm that this had been received. I then viewed to see when it had been marked for 10 days. After this emailed the college to be informed by an automated email that I had put it in the wrong format. I do not understand this as all my other assignments have been in the same word document format. I then rang the college and left my number to contact me to discuss with no response. I have rang tutor line today with no response to date. I find this very concerning that the support expected appears to be no response. I have now uploaded the assignment again in a pdf format. I also find it concerning that the phone number in the automated replies is not in use and you now have to ring a different number that just sends you to voicemail. At present a very disgruntled student
