I can't login and when i do the platform won't work I have paid my registration and I can't verify?

I can't login and when i do the platform won't work I have paid my registration and I can't verify? Also can't use platform on android or iPad I don't have desktop

Hi Michelle im a student with CCFE, my username for Pearl is ccfe134 and im studying pschology and sociology diploma. I cant log in to my pearl account, it say either my username or password is incorrect, when it really is correct.
I have a deadline for my unit 14 for sunday 7th april tomorrow and im worried i wont be able to log in by sunday to be able to submit my essay and do the timed exam.

please assist

I have also just paid the registration fee and after completing a series of tests, I have no access to the course, just a message saying that you will be in touch to discuss my application further? Why are you saying that AFTER I've paid the fee? I'm feeling worried about this.
