CACHE level 3, Early Years Educator course

Hi, anyone doing the CACHE level 3, Early Years Educator course? I've just started it, I have a placement and planning to finally finish the practical part of my first assignment. I also started to do some reading for the second assignment too, and realised that I can't really find the books (from the additional reading section) My tutor suggested to buy them from amazon, I can't really afford to buy them all, and my local library doesn't have them. Any ideas, for finding these books, or books in general needed for this course? I would appreciate your answers, thanks :)

My tutor's name changed on my dashboard and ever since I'm not really getting answers to anything. It is a bit disappointing and confusing doing it all without any support. And I have no idea where to get these books from, my tutor suggested to buy them from amazon, but spending nearly £100 on bookf, only for one assignment sounds a bit too much..
How are you doing with the practical part of the assignment?

Ive done the practical part, i think, with no support i dont really know if ive done enough or not? I made fruit salad with 8 4 year olds and did a food sorting excercise with 4 3 year olds, not really sure how to write it up though :-/ sent questions to tutor, whose name has also changed, but no reply.
Concidering the amount of money this course costs im really not impressed so far!!

I'm kind of the same, I have a few ideas in what to do but I didn't start placement yet, and they need two attempts of the practical exercise? Is that two different plans or the same thing twice?
Still no answer from tutor. I've also heard about a book that's needed for the assignments, but I don't know if it's the same study material as on e-pearl...?

im the same ive been signed up to this course for a year now & I have only submitted all the theory based part to module 1.1, ive written all of mod 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5 all ready to go but I have no idea how to submit evidence or how to complete the session record sheets out.  Ive asked for help & was told to just send it in.  I have been able to complete 1.2 without the need for extra books, you can get all the information you need to read up online, just google it.

I agree also this course it a hell of a lot of money & there is little, to no support unless you ask for it and is via email, sometimes it would be nice to just get a call off someone who is there with you throughout the course to give you a bit of guidance, especially through these early modules, im 37 ive never done anything like this before so it would be nice to have more support instead of feeling like im blundering my way through it!
