Being ignored by student support

I'm having a lot of problems with student support at the minute. One of my essays was incorrectly numbered and my tutor failed me on every question because of it. When I emailed to ask why (because the comments the tutor left were very unprofessional, plus I had no way to contact her directly because the support and contact system is ridiculous) I got no response. Now I haven't received the next set of my materials and I've emailed them TWICE to ask where they are and I haven't had a reply, and I've had an email notifying me the email was deleted without being read. I can't believe I'm being ignored. I chose Stonebridge over other colleges to complete my studies and now I'm really regretting that decision.I don't have money to waste and I've saved up to afford this course and now I feel it was a waste of money and no one wants to get back to me!!
