bad communication

Have emailed stonebridge several times also emailed my tutor still no reply, have been sent wrong practice hand for my course and have missing items, I don't know how you expect me to train and complete with wrong stuff, I will not be paying anymore money untill I get correct stuff, iv spoken to several nail technicians who own their own shops and they have suggested this as I wouldn't attend a college and get given wrong equipment. Already have paid 6months worth and only 4 to go, so suggest you buck your idea up and learn to communicate otherwise ill be taking this further !!
