I have 6 assignments signed off and can be uploaded. I tried scanning on my work computer which created a TIF file but this failed to upload, then changed this into a word document which failed to upload, then did this in a PDF document were one did upload and the rest wouldn't. I have tried today just taking pictures of the assignments and uploading them as pictures don't seem to have the issue...but low and behold after one upload it wouldn't load anymore. Just states file error.
I am going insane with this now, it took five days for my assessor to reply. The man on the phone just kept saying okay...okay.... I have tried every format so it can't be an issue with that? i asked it theres a limited amount of MB space but no answer. I feel like giving it all up because it is causing me that much stress yet the college don't seem to bothered about helping their students who create their income. Absolutely frustrated.
